انطلاقاً من أهداف جمعية إدارة البيانات (داما السعودية) الاستراتيجية الرامية إلى تمكين وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية الوطنية في مجال إدارة البيانات وتوظيف ارتباطات الجمعية الدولية لخدمة ذلك، تطلق الجمعية برنامج “السداد بعد النجاح Pay if You Pass” لاختبار محترف إدارة البيانات CDMP بنسخته الأولى.
يمكن البرنامج المهتمين بالدخول للاختبار بشكل مجاني* والسداد فقط في حال تجاوز الاختبار والحصول على الشهادة. ويسعى هذا البرنامج لتشجيع المختصين من توثيق خبراتهم وللمهتمين والطلاب لدعمهم وتمكينهم من دخول الاختبار ورفع فرصهم المهنية حيث تعتبر هذه الشهادة من أكثر الشهادات موثوقية في مجال إدارة البيانات حول العالم وهي من الشهادات الموصى بها في إصدارات مكتب إدارة البيانات الوطنية التابع لسدايا.
سيصاحب البرنامج عدد من الأنشطة التي من دورها ستساعد على تعزيز فرص النجاح لدى المهتمين ومن ضمنها:
• إنشاء مجموعة دراسية (Study Group) تمكن المهتمين من مشاركة المصادر، والخبرات وتقديم الدعم والتشجيع.
• توفير مرشدين (حاصلين على أعلى مستويات الشهادة) في المجموعات الدراسية يقومون بالإجابة على الاستفسارات وتوفير جلسات ارشاد عن بعد بشكل دوري.
• تصميم خطة دراسية مقترحة لمساعدة المهتمين في تنظيم وقتهم للاستعداد للاختبار
• مشاركة بيانات الحاصلين على الشهادة مع الجهات التي لديها شواغر وظيفية (في حال موافقة الفرد على ذلك)
سيقام الاختبار في الدورة الأولى في تاريخ 17/12/2024 وفيما يلي توضيح تفاصيل الخط الزمني الخاص بالمبادرة:

أحكام عامة:

- سيقام الاختبار في تاريخ 17/12/2024 عن بُعد.
- سيكون الاختبار عبر الانترنت لذا يجب التأكد من وجود جهاز محمول أو كمبيوتر خاص و إمكانية الوصول إلى شبكة واي فاي و توفير المتصفح الموصي به من داما انترناشونال (قوقل كروم).

- لا يوجد حد أعلى لعدد المسجلين، حيث سيتم منح فرصة الدخول للاختبار لجميع المسجلين (رابط التسجيل في أسفل الصفحة).

- المبادرة مفتوحة لجميع الأشخاص بجميع المستويات (حتى وإن سبق وأن تجاوزوا الاختبار ويرغبون بالحصول على مستوى أعلى).

- * رسوم الدخول للاختبار بالأحوال المعتادة هو 311$ منها 300$ رسوم لداما انترناشونال 11$ رسوم للمراقبة على الاختبار من قبل شركة المراقبة (Honorlock Proctors). الرسوم المعفى منها للدخول للاختبار هي رسوم داما العالمية وسيتعين على المرشح دفع مبلغ يقارب 11$ لشركة المراقبة للدخول للاختبار.

- يتعين على المرشح سداد الرسوم في حال التجاوز حتى وإن تجاوز وحصل على درجة مساوية أو أقل من درجته الحالية (على سبيل المثال في حال كانت درجته 65 في هذا الاختبار وسبق وأن حصل على درجة 70 فسيتعين عليه السداد). حيث إن هذا التعهد شرط من شروط داما انترناشونال للمرشحين وقد يتعرض المرشح لفقدان وثيقته الحالية في حال عدم السداد.

In line with the strategic objectives of the Saudi Data Management Association (DAMA Saudi) aimed at empowering and qualifying national human resources in the field of data management, and leveraging its connections with the international association, the association is launching the “Pay if You Pass” program for the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) exam in its first edition.
This program allows interested individuals to take the exam for free* and only pay if they pass the exam and obtain the certification. The program aims to encourage professionals to document their expertise, and to support and empower students and interested individuals to take the exam and enhance their career opportunities. This certification is considered one of the most trusted certifications in the field of data management worldwide and is recommended in the publications of the National Data Management Office, affiliated with SDAIA.
The program will be accompanied by several activities aimed at increasing the chances of success for those interested, including:
– Establishing a Study Group that allows participants to share resources, experiences, and offer support and encouragement.
– Providing mentors (who hold the highest levels of certification) in study groups to answer inquiries and offer remote mentoring sessions periodically.
– Designing a suggested study plan to help participants organize their time and prepare for the exam.
– Sharing the data of certified individuals with organizations that have job openings (with the individual’s consent).
The first round of the exam will take place on 17/12/2024. Below is a detailed timeline for the initiative:

General terms:
– The exam will be held remotely on 17/12/2024.
– The exam will be online, so candidates must ensure they have a personal laptop or computer, internet access, and the recommended browser provided by DAMA International (Google Chrome).
– There is no maximum limit for the number of registrants, as all registered individuals will be given the opportunity to take the exam (the registration link is at the bottom of the page).
– The initiative is open to all individuals at all levels (even those who have already passed the exam and wish to obtain a higher level).
– *The usual exam fee is $311, which includes $300 for DAMA International and $11 for proctoring fees by the monitoring company (Honorlock Proctors). The waived fee for the exam is for DAMA International, and candidates will only need to pay approximately $11 for the monitoring company to take the exam.
– Candidates must pay the fees if they pass, even if they obtain a level equal to or lower than their current level (for example, if his score was 65 in this test and he previously obtained a score of 70, he will have to pay). This commitment is a condition from DAMA International for candidates, and failure to pay may result in the loss of their current certificate.
– The exam will be in English.
